Jess Peters
Dylan Carnavale
Jess is a driven and passionate Realtor. He has been involved in real estate for over 17 years in the beautiful Upstate New York area. He is experienced in Lake Front, Residential, Multi-Family, and Commercial Properties.
After years of investing in Real Estate, Jess felt drawn to be a full time Realtor. In doing so, he discovered that this is what he was born to do!
With his extensive background and knowledge of Real Estate, Jess is able to help his clients make the best decisions to match their specific wants and needs. He feels privileged and is more than willing to go out of his way to help his clients through every step of the real estate process.
Jess was born and raised in Northern California. He now resides in Penfield, NY with his wife, three children and two dogs. When Jess isn’t working you can find him volunteering at his church, or in his backyard making smore's over a bonfire with his family.
Dylan has been an active member in his hometown community of Rochester, NY for years. Now calling Fairport home, he volunteers with youth and coaches lacrosse for the local high school.
After excelling in business and his background in sales, Dylan became a Realtor in 2017 and fell in love with the real estate market. He now enjoys working in the strategic and creative environment that makes the Elevate Realty Team stand out.
With his passion for helping others and personable approach, Dylan is often found going above and beyond, doing anything for his team and clients. Yes, he will probably help you move that heavy couch and fix your car as well.
Outside of the office, you might see Dylan biking around the finger lakes, golfing with his friends, or chasing a sunset with his camera. He truly loves the seasons and adventures that Upstate NY has to offer.
